Fourth: Return and exchange process After reviewing and approving the request, coordination will be made with the customer to return the product. In case of proven damage or error, the store bears the shipping costs. Replacement with a new product or refund will be made within a period determined after receiving and inspecting the product. Fifth: Cases not covered by the return policy - Change of mind after purchase. - Misuse or improper storage. - Requests made after the 3-day period from receipt.
